Our heavy-duty CTL line is engineered for high-precision leveling and high-speed shearing of diverse metal coils. Designed to handle massive 35-ton coils, this line is a versatile workhorse for service centers and manufacturing units.
Engineered for precision, our CTL line is built to handle the most demanding industrial requirements.

Each station in the CTL line is purpose-built for a specific function — from safe coil loading to precision cutting and automatic stacking.
Processing Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Galvanized Iron (GI), Copper, and Brass — all on a single versatile line.
Features a heavy-duty Decoiler with a narrow/wide mandrel and a floor-mounted Coil Car for safe loading of 35-ton coils.
Equipped with a multi-roll leveler to eliminate coil set and crossbow, ensuring "dead-flat" sheets. Specialized rollers prevent surface marking on sensitive materials like SS or Copper.
A high-speed NC Servo Feeder ensures the material is positioned with surgical precision before the cut.
Options include high-speed Mechanical Power Shears or Pneumatic/Hydraulic Clutches for clean, burr-free edges.
Automatic vacuum or drop-stackers organize the finished sheets into neat bundles, ready for dispatch.
Optimized roll pressure settings allow seamless switching between "soft" metals like Copper/Brass and "tough" metals like Stainless Steel.
The 35-ton capacity decoiler is reinforced to prevent vibration, ensuring consistent tracking even at maximum width and speed.
Rollers are hardened and ground; optional PVC film laminators can be integrated for SS and decorative GI applications.
Fully integrated PLC control system with a user-friendly HMI touch screen for batch programming and real-time diagnostics.
