HOW IT WORKS

Machine Components & Workflow

Each station in the CTL line is purpose-built for a specific function — from safe coil loading to precision cutting and automatic stacking.

Processing Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Galvanized Iron (GI), Copper, and Brass — all on a single versatile line.

Entry Section

Features a heavy-duty Decoiler with a narrow/wide mandrel and a floor-mounted Coil Car for safe loading of 35-ton coils.

Precision Leveler

Equipped with a multi-roll leveler to eliminate coil set and crossbow, ensuring "dead-flat" sheets. Specialized rollers prevent surface marking on sensitive materials like SS or Copper.

Looping Pit & Feeding

A high-speed NC Servo Feeder ensures the material is positioned with surgical precision before the cut.

Shearing Unit

Options include high-speed Mechanical Power Shears or Pneumatic/Hydraulic Clutches for clean, burr-free edges.

Stacking System

Automatic vacuum or drop-stackers organize the finished sheets into neat bundles, ready for dispatch.
